Lab-made final crowns, bridges and onlays are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of initial placement. After this period, a replacement fee will be charged for the laboratory and molding material. In most cases, crowns are needed due to cracks or fractures in the tooth. If a fracture under the crown requires a root canal, the root canal is not covered by the warranty.
However, if the crown is damaged by the root canal, the crown is replaced. We provide a full 5-year warranty for these most comprehensive processes. We will replace or repair them free of charge during these five years if they break, lose or expire under normal use (this does not include accidents that could also damage normal healthy teeth). You must comply with the required regular care appointments, otherwise this warranty expires (at least every 6 months).
Dental bridges last up to ten years, but regular checkups and good oral hygiene can extend this period. As one of the more comprehensive restorative dental procedures, dental implants can produce dramatic results and improve your smile. With good oral health and regular dental visits, you can expect dental implants to last a lifetime. However, in some cases, additional work or repairs are required. A dental bridge consists of one or more dental crowns that replace a lost tooth but are supported on each side by natural teeth.
Dental implants are stronger than a dental bridge and not only replace missing or damaged teeth, they can also promote bone stability.
